My rating: 3 of 5 stars

BLURB; The children of Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar and Cruella De Vil have never ventured off the Isle of the Lost. . . until now. Invited to pristine Auradon, to attend prep school alongside the children of beloved Disney heroes, Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos must carryout their villain parents evil plot to rule once again. Will the rebel teens follow in their rotten parents' footsteps or will they choose to embrace their innate goodness and save the kingdom?

My rating: 2 of 5 stars

This is the second part of the trilogy based upon the Disney's picture where four teen children of villains that live in exile in the Isle of Lost, have the opportunity of go to school at Aralon (where the good characters of the fairytales live). The original idea was stole some magical object to release their parents, but ...

Well, the manga style of the drawing does very little to help differentiate between the protagonists of the story, and for this it detracts from all the small eccentricities that make the flesh-and-blood version of this youthful fantasy with characters of children of villains an engaging story.

I'm sorry, but it's not what I expected.

BLURB: Dynamite Entertainment is proud to continue the story of Phoebe, Piper, and Paige, television's fan-favorite witches, in all-new adventures set within the official continuity of Charmed!

A dark force has set its sights on the art world of San Francisco, utilizing a gallery exhibit to feed souls to the underworld and unleash demons into our reality. Only the Power of Three, harnessed by the Halliwell sisters, can stop the madness!

My rating: 2.5 nothing new under 3P stars

Situated in the 4th season of the show, apparently after the fourth episode, because Paige is there and there is a brief mention of Cole as a lawyer and nothing else. It is a typical adventure of the witches, with a villain invested in get rid of them; Paige interested in some guy; Phoebe with struggles at the newspaper; and Piper trying to mantain business and sisters afloat.

bookshelves: netgalley, fantasy, graphic-novel, media-tie-in, adventure, necromancy, tv-serie-based,  x-over, from-movie-to-graphic-novel

Follows the weird and silly fashion of some episodes of Xena. This is an adventure starting with a major event -Gabrielle and Xena in big trouble- and asking the help of Ash Williams (from Army of Darkness).
